Pediatric Physical Therapist

Currently looking for Physical Therapist to fill an opening with an Outpatient facility located around the Anchorage, Alaska area . Interested candidates should have both, previous PT experience, and at least, a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, with a passion to work within an outpatient setting while treating pediatrics patients. Interested candidate should also have a valid Alaska PT license, or already have started the process of obtaining it. Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• The Physical Therapist facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
• Evaluates results of occupational therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress; recommending and implementing adjustments and modifications.
• Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• The Outpatient setting is open to candidates from an accredited Physical Therapy programs, with at lease one year of experience.
• Active, or pending, Alaska Physical Therapy license
• Full-time, Direct-hire Opportunity
• Passionate about Pediatric patient care within an Outpatient setting
• Day shifts; Monday - Friday schedule
