Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT) Contract: 13 Weeks Hours: 40 Hours/Week Assignment: July 20, 2026 – October 17, 2026 Start Date: July 20, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic healthcare team for an exciting 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to every interaction. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and functional goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely. Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Promote patient safety and maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical standards. Help patients maximize independence, mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life. Requirements Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to completing the full 13-week assignment.
