Blackriver Assembly LeadSchedule: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm Some Friday's as overtimeSummit Products is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Lead to oversee our Assembly operations. This role is essential for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficiency and productivity within our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly processes, an eye for detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.Key Responsibilities:Lead Assembly Operations: Supervise and mentor a team of assembly workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently.Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the assembly process, ensuring that all finished products meet company standards and customer specifications.Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to provide clear instructions to the assembly team, ensuring proper assembly of components.Tool Proficiency: Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively in the manufacturing process.
