Basic Qualifications Ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools. Ability to organize and maintain detailed records, logs, or spreadsheets. Demonstrated ability to break complex problems into logical steps and develop clear, actionable solutions. Job Description What we’re doing: At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we design, develop and deliver some of the most advanced technologies in the world. Our teams are comprised of members with different backgrounds and skillsets who together drive visionary thinking through innovation and integrity. The Work The candidate will support the FMS ILS/Staging requirements team. The successful candidate will process information under the supervision of the FMS team lead and management assisting in receipts, parts search and documentation, emergent support requirements tracking, and various FMS cargo offer shipments. The candidate will support development of classified and unclassified cargo offer shipments, as well as various FMS material delivery status reports. Desired Skills 0-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, procurement, or a data analysis role (internships, co‑ops, or military experience are acceptable). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in tools used for data tracking. Experience conducting research to locate alternative sources or verify data. Ability to convey technical information clearly to both internal teams and external customers. Takes initiative to identify tasks, follow up on open items, and seek continuous improvement without needing constant supervision.
