In this role, you’ll help drive new business opportunities by identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and securing high-value discovery meetings for producers — all while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development. What You’ll Do Prospecting & Activity Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital outreach; work from assigned vertical target lists and lead sources; generate qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development team; maintain a disciplined and consistent follow-up cadence; build and manage an active pipeline of opportunities; apply agency-defined qualification standards including: industry and revenue fit; access to decision-makers; timing and opportunity indicators; confirm scheduled meetings to maintain strong appointment hold rates; ensure opportunities are properly vetted before handoff to producers. Sales Process Discipline: Maintain accurate and organized CRM records; track outreach activity, follow-ups, and next steps; participate in weekly pipeline and activity reviews; follow defined sales process and stage criteria; demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail. Professional Development: Participate in the USLI 50/50 Program; complete required training and development milestones; shadow producer meetings and client interactions; participate in role-play exercises and coaching sessions; continuously develop communication, prospecting, and consultative sales skills.
