Community Access Direct Support Professional - Louisville, KY The Community Access Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides compassionate and dependable support to individuals participating in community activities, building independence, and enjoying meaningful experiences. This is a contractor position. Type: Contractor Schedule Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM (pickup from Adult Day Training is flexible and can be adjusted) Saturdays: Any availability is highly preferred but not required Responsibilities Pick-up from Adult Day Training (ADT) Assist with community outings and recreational activities Provide companionship and encouragement Support daily living goals while promoting independence Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment Requirements Reliable, compassionate, and patient Comfortable working independently in the community Able to provide dependable transportation if required Committed to helping individuals achieve their personal goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Delion Care Services
