Scope of Work: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Items Needed for Consideration: Resume. 2-3 professional references (names, numbers, titles, and emails).
