About BearCom:Largest Distributor of Wireless Voice, Data, and Video Solutions in North America40+ Years Industry-Leading ExperiencePartnerships with Motorola, JVC Kenwood, Avigilon, +More75+ Branches Across North AmericaResponsibilities:Manage assigned projects throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and informationSegment projects into achievable actions and set timeframes for completionLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectivesAssign tasks to internal teams and define scheduleMeet client’s needs are met as projects evolveHelp prepare budgetsAnalyze risks and opportunitiesOversee project procurement managementMonitor project progress and manage issues that ariseCommunicate project status to all stakeholdersWork with the team to eliminate blockersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met through monitoring quality assurance and control activitiesCreate schedules and collect documents to orient and guide projects and outcomesTranslate metrics into actionable, meaningful intelligenceManage expectations and track risks and benefitsCommunicate with stakeholders about scheduling, staffing, and technical requirementsHelp with other projects/duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:3 years or more of proven work experience as a Technical Operations / Project Manager.CAPM Certification or 5 years equivalent experienceExperience in Project Management and scheduling within revenue-driven organizationsAdequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementIdentify, manage, and mitigate risk items within project related activitiesCommunicate and work at all levels within BearCom and our largest customersManage and measure the profitability of large and strategic projectsPlan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and simultaneous performance objectivesWrite, read, interpret, explain and act based on a thorough understanding of technical documents, engineering materials and contracts or related documentsMake professional sales and business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience of high technical skills, management, and operational experiencePerform work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges, and project management deadlinesStrong interpersonal, team building, presentation, and communication skillsPreferred experience in Video surveillance, Computer Software and LMR radioDrug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record checkBenefits:BearCom wants to elevate your professional growth!
