Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical Center team! With new, lower staff-to-resident ratios, Rydal Park CNAs have a manageable workload and can focus on high-quality care! 

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation by providing exemplary care, ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment for providing resident care.

Schedules Available:

Part-Time, 1st Shift, working every Sunday (opportunities to pick up additional shifts)
Part-Time, 2nd Shift, working every other weekend (opportunities to pick up additional shifts)
Part-Time, 3rd shift, working every other weekend (opportunities to pick up additional shifts)

We are also looking for on-call and per-diem CNAs to join our team!

Pay range: $19 - 21 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience.

Shift Differentials: $1 per hour shift differential for evening & NOC and weekend shifts! Stack your shift differentials and make $2 additional per hour! 

Must be a certified Pennsylvania CNA.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
• New grads are welcome!
