In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Clean and wash all company owned vehicles (trucks, trailers, and cars)Assist with general shop clean upAccurately log wash activities by using a computerQualifications:Accurate / detail orientatedRead / understand/interpret numbersBasic math aptitudeDemonstrate a high level of customer serviceWork well alone / as part of teamWilling to learn / perform additional technical skillsWork in a noisy environmentWork in a variety of environmental conditions occasionallyWork in a safety conscious environmentAbility to complete tasks with a high level of urgencyPrior vehicle washing / detailing experience is a plusPhysical qualifications: stand / walk up to 10 - 12 hours; bend / reach / twist / stoop frequently; lift / carry 100 pounds to waist level occasionally; push / pull 100 pounds of force.Work Schedule: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 11AM-7:30PMKwik Trip, Inc.
