Evaluate emerging technologies, especially AI capabilities, to identify opportunities for innovation and improved delivery. Collaborate with designers, product leaders, delivery managers, and clients to define solutions and bring concepts into production. Build trusted client relationships by understanding business challenges and contributing to strategic technical decisions. Create prototypes and demonstrations that showcase technical possibilities and help stakeholders visualize solutions. Communicate clearly, provide and receive feedback, support teammates, and promote a collaborative engineering culture. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who combines strong technical expertise with business understanding, communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful products. You should be comfortable working across the stack, collaborating with diverse teams, and adapting to evolving technologies. Strong experience developing full-stack web applications with expertise in front-end and back-end engineering. Professional experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, or comparable modern development tools. Solid understanding of software architecture, automated testing strategies, scalability, and production operations. Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform. Familiarity with containerized applications and deployment practices using technologies such as Docker. Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and collaborate directly with clients. Experience using AI development assistants and modern AI-powered engineering tools in daily workflows. Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful technical decisions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
