Beverage Manager, Nu Stadium

The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an experienced Beverage Manager to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. The manager is responsible for overseeing all beverage and bar functions, ensuring an excellent guest experience while upholding company alcohol service policies and procedures. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Administration of all beverage and bar-related functions to ensure guest satisfaction Oversee the match day Alcohol Compliance Team and work with alcohol ethics agencies that come on-site to audit service Adhere to the company's alcohol service policies and procedures Set expectations of alcohol service policies and procedures for the Alcohol Compliance Team and Bar service for Clubs and Concessions bars Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards Preparation of schedules appropriate match day staff according to business levels and planned payroll Assist leadership in maintaining the planned bar cost of sales and assist in the restaurant's planned cost of sales Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs such as GuestPath, GreenPath, and alcohol service standards Complete all purchasing in compliance with company programs and policies Communicate and assist other team members and departments as needed Provide a safe work environment by following all safety and security policies and procedures Attend and participate in meetings, committees, and trainings Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff More about you 5 years of related experience in a high-volume restaurant, catering, or stadium/arena environment Strong alcohol service knowledge and previous experience supervising service team members required Experience in effectively leading a team is required Demonstrated commitment to guest service Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff, creating a positive work environment Ability to manage frequent change Ability to manage their own time as well as the time of others Who we are Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination in South Florida, opening in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF.
