Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations. Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others. Qualifications Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred). Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system. Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
