What You ll Do

• Provide expert clinical care to patients with cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological disorders
• Conduct electrophysiology studies and interpret results to guide treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care strategies
• Document patient findings accurately, ensure compliance with medical standards
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and follow-up care
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in cardiac electrophysiology

What You Need

• State medical license in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure
• Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Cardiac Electrophysiology
• At least 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or closely related field (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
