Ops Accountant III

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking an Ops Accountant III. This position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and pays $22.00 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, subject to available funding.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support experience or an associate's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of administrative experience.

Position overview and responsibilities include running the daily voucher file, preparing and distributing daily warrants, researching outstanding warrants, processing warrants cancellations, stop payments, and request for duplicates, preparing outstanding warrant reports, and serving as a point-of-contact for statewide vendor add files requests.
