Office Administrator - Part-Time

Schedule: Part-time; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

This Office Administrator supports the Residential and Outpatient Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Programs located in Pottsville and Coal Township . The role is primarily based in Pottsville, with one designated workday per week in Coal Township, and requires approximately 4-6 hours per day. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient daily operations across both program locations.

Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting billing processes, and reviewing records for all programs at both locations. The Office Administrator also assists the directors by preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing critical information to support program performance and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active and valid driver's license required.
• One year working in a health care office setting with electronic health record experience.
• Experience with insurance verification preferred.
