Schedule

Night Shift: 1x8-Hour (02:30 - 11:00); Day Shift: 1x8-Hour (07:00 - 03:30)

Job Description

The Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound examinations of designated anatomy to fulfill physician specifications and established protocols. This role requires independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in executing diagnostic ultrasound exams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic ultrasound exams meeting quality standards.
• Utilize appropriate protocols and equipment for various examinations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment while adhering to isolation precautions.
• Document findings accurately in the required charting systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant ultrasound experience.
• Certification from ARDMS is required.
• Experience with Community Hospital charting systems is preferred.
• Valid state license or certification at the time of submission is mandatory.
