Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with 2+ years of experience for a general ultrasound position at an acute care facility in Pennsylvania.

Details

• Work in a general ultrasound unit performing diagnostic sonography exams across designated anatomical areas
• Rotating shifts available: nights (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) and days (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), each 8 hours
• 10-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general ultrasound/sonography required
• Valid state license or certification required if applicable
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams of designated anatomy according to physician specifications and established protocols, with latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted but at a different rate than travel candidates
