Executive Sales Coordinator

Position: Executive Sales Coordinator Reports to: Sales Director Company: Premier Pan Company Location: Crescent Township, PA 15046 **This position requires being onsite daily and 12% overnight travel. Position Summary The Executive Sales Coordinator serves as a strategic partner to the Sales Director while also managing key customer relationships and supporting revenue-generating activities. This hybrid role combines the high-level organizational and administrative responsibilities of an Executive Assistant with the customer-facing account management responsibilities of a Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, proactive, and capable of balancing executive priorities with client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Functions Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and executive correspondence. Track and prioritize executive action items and business initiatives. Organize and maintain confidential records, contracts, and business documents. Plan and coordinate executive meetings, customer visits, and special events. Serve as a liaison between executives, customers, vendors, and internal departments. Support strategic projects and ensure timely follow-up on critical initiatives. Attend meetings, take notes, and act upon takeaways. Sales Account Management Functions Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare customer proposals, contracts, pricing documents, and renewal agreements. Monitor account performance metrics and provide updates to leadership. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within CRM systems. Assist with customer onboarding and implementation activities. Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting efforts. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in executive support, account management, sales support, or a related role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Preferred Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders is a plus. Education in sales administration, customer success, or account management. Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
