Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths, resources, and areas requiring intervention.

• Provide dynamic individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including specific goals and interventions in collaboration with the client and interdisciplinary team members.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and promote resilience.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to care across disciplines.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning to clients experiencing acute distress or dangerous situations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that provide valuable peer support and information-sharing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality and client care.

Qualifications\n
