Automotive Technician - Group 1 Ford of Rockwall

Overview Ford of Rockwall is seeking experienced and skilled Main Line Automotive Technicians to join our growing, high-performing service team. This role is ideal for technicians who are confident in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Ford vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and efficiency. As a main line technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing issues, performing advanced repairs, and maintaining Ford’s high standards of safety and performance. Responsibilities Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhereto all company safety policies and procedures Providetimelyupdates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
