Organo brings the powerful benefits of this life-sustaining resource to the development of societal infrastructure, to leading-edge industry, and to daily life.For more information on Organo USA, please visit ProfileFull-Time, ExemptReporting RelationshipsTechnical Sourcing Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupplier Research & EvaluationResearch, screen, and evaluate potential suppliers based on capability, cost, quality, and reliability.Vendor NegotiationSupport Negotiating pricing & contracting with Procurement dep,Negotiating delivery terms, and technical requirements with suppliersTechnical Review & Specification VerificationReview technical specifications, drawings, and engineering requirements to ensure suppliers can meet the design intentCollaboration With Engineering & Quality TeamsWork closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to make sure sourced components meet the project needsSupplier Quality & Documentation ReviewReview supplier documentation such as SOPs, CTQs, control plans, work instructions, and production processes to ensure compliance with technical requirements.Cost Reduction & Market AnalysisIdentify cost-saving opportunities through supplier optimization, market analysis, and improved manufacturing methodsSupply Chain Risk ManagementAssess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure stable delivery and quality.Supplier Relationship ManagementMaintain strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement in cost, quality, and scheduleModifying 2D drawings using CAD softwareDocument control (costumer’s submittal, internal documentation, drawing)Check the site situation based on drawing, finding issuesAssist with general piping design using CAD softwareProvide regular updates to the customer on coordination progressMaintains regular and reliable attendance.
