Sr. Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Learning

DESCRIPTION The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Learning team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Knowledge Management to own the establishment of a knowledge management system in PXT's Create Once, Reuse Everywhere (COREx) system, supporting an initiative to certify 100% of GTA standard work content in COREx for AI assistant consumption. This role is the operational engine of that mission: driving migration execution, enforcing content governance, and managing the end-to-end content lifecycle so that Talent Acquisition and AI tools draw from a single, certified source of truth. The Sr. Program Manager reports directly to the Sr. Manager of TA Learning. You will own the strategy and operational execution that turns fragmented, legacy knowledge into governed, discoverable, certified content: batching and migrating content from a variety of source material, running the intake mechanism for ad hoc certification requests, maintaining the Playbook and SOPs, and driving down the content backlog. You operate independently, bring order to ambiguity, and hold partner teams accountable to governance standards without direct authority. This role partners closely with the COREx Integration Lead, who owns Aza integration, retrieval accuracy, and TA Hub evolution. Where that role ensures certified content surfaces accurately in AI-powered tools, this role ensures the content is migrated, governed, and certified in the first place — together forming the two halves of the COREx content operating model. Key job responsibilities Content Migration & Execution: Own end-to-end content migration—batching pages by parent process or topic, running them through AI quality scoring, and driving owner review to migration or deprecation. Keep prep for the next batch running concurrently with current reviews to protect timelines. Drive down the content backlog using phased prioritization by content pillar. Governance & Content Lifecycle: Maintain the COREx Migration Playbook and SOPs for Talent Acquisition, keeping submission, certification, and publication standards current as the program scales. Enforce the governance framework across Recruiting Operations Center (ROC) teams, tying certification to disposition criteria (Migrate, Consolidate, Retire, Defer). Own the post-migration lifecycle, running maintenance cycles that validate the governance model and flag content needing updates. Intake & Coordination: Run central intake for ad hoc certification requests—triaging against criteria, leading a ROC tiger team to identify owners and next steps, and defining response SLAs. Design change management campaigns that drive adoption of COREx standards, measuring adoption and self-service use. Establish the partner-team checkpoint tying Mercury publishing to COREx upload confirmation. Quality Assurance & Certification: Operate the QA framework governing quality scoring against COREx standards. Leverage AI-assisted review to scale checks across accuracy, completeness, voice, terminology, and accessibility. Ensure migrated content is certified, accessible, discoverable, and clearly owned, with deprecation/redirect paths in place. Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and report core metrics alongside migration completion data. Report to three audiences: the migration team (operational), ROC leadership (status), and ROC stakeholders (goal attainment). A day in the life You operate the system that moves GTA's knowledge base from fragmented tribal content into a governed, certified single source of truth on COREx — owning the pipeline end-to-end and holding the org accountable to quality and timeline. On a typical day, you run batch triage on incoming certification requests, dispositioning each against governance criteria and routing owners into the pipeline. You monitor active migration batches — nudging content owners through their 30-day review window, clearing permissions blockers, and escalating unresponsive owners per the defined path. You review AI-generated quality scores, refine change recommendations, and maintain the Asana board that tracks status across the portfolio. You partner outward as much as inward: working with ROC PMs to drive self-service adoption, unblock complex content sets, and reinforce upload SLAs; aligning with the COREx Integration Lead to ensure certified content surfaces accurately in Aza and the TA Hub; and keeping the Playbook and SOPs current as the operating model evolves — all in service of a governed, certified, single source of truth for GTA knowledge. About the team TA Learning sits within the Recruiting Operations Center (ROC) and owns the enablement and knowledge management for Global Talent Acquisition. The team leads the COREx migration — consolidating fragmented recruiting knowledge scattered across Wiki, Sage, Broadcast, AtoZ, and other platforms into a single certified source of truth that both recruiters and AI assistants can trust. The team is also responsible for onboarding, skills development, interviewer readiness, and product education. This role is one of two that operationalizes the TA knowledge management system. You own the knowledge management engine: Migration, governance, lifecycle, and intake. While your partner owns Aza integration: Retrieval accuracy, and the evolution of the TA Hub into a multi-audience, AI-enabled enablement platform. Together, the two roles ensure content is both certified at the source and surfaced accurately at the point of need. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience with content or knowledge management systems, content lifecycle management, and governance frameworks. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations Experience defining and enforcing taxonomy, information architecture, or content certification standards at scale. Experience establishing intake mechanisms, SLAs, and operational cadences (batch triage, maintenance cycles) for a content or process program. Experience working with AI-powered content tooling (quality assessment, retrieval, or AI assistants) and understanding how certified content feeds AI systems.
