Team Honda is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family , a family-owned automotive group with 24 locations across five states and continued growth.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do- Welcome customers and create a positive buying experience
- Build relationships and understand customer needs
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Work in a no-haggle sales environment
- Explain payment options and assist with the purchase process
- Follow up with customers to build long-term loyalty
- Help transition customers to our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs
- Family-friendly 5-day work schedule

Requirements:- At least 1 year Automobile Sales a must
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable/clean driving record
