We are seeking an experienced Punch Press Operator to operate and monitor punch press machinery used to manufacture metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery, reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and performing quality inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate punch press machinery according to production specifications.
• Load and position metal sheets, parts, and materials into the machine.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and dies as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Use measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers to verify dimensions.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, defects, and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and make minor adjustments.
• Remove, sort, and package completed parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company production guidelines.
• Complete production and quality paperwork accurately.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous punch press or metal manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.
