Developmental Services Center (DSC) provides comprehensive services across the lifespan-from birth through adulthood-including family development, case management, employment, residential, respite, and community day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford Counties. We offer an excellent work environment where your contributions truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve.RESPONSIBILITIES:As the HR Associate at DSC, you will provide back-up support to the HR Manager as well as support to all DSC programs. This position will conduct onboarding of new employees and assist in data entry and maintenance of the Paycom HRIS. This position will also audit and process monthly benefit billings, administrate FMLA leave and case manage workers’ compensation claims. The HR Associate will also participate in HR recordkeeping, reporting and participate in employee relations initiatives.
