Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience + commission
Overview
CEI America is a Digital Tech and AI Transformation Consulting firm seeking a proven Enterprise Sales Executive in Dallas. This is a greenfield, net-new business development role for a senior enterprise seller who can build executive relationships from scratch and close complex AI and digital transformation consulting engagements independently.
What You Will Do
Build and own a self-sourced enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting. Engage CIO, CTO, CDO, and Chief AI executives at Fortune 500 organizations. Sell AI transformation, data modernization, cloud, and digital engineering services. Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close. Partner with AI engineering and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
What We Are Looking For
12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a net-new logo track record. Proven success selling AI, digital transformation, or technology consulting services. Experience closing $500K+ to multi-million-dollar consulting engagements. Existing enterprise relationships in the Dallas market. Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with no reliance on inbound leads or SDR support. Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
