We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to manage and execute our day-to-day shipping operations. In this role, you will oversee both domestic outbound and inbound freight, partner closely with carriers and freight forwarders, and ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-departmental communication, and brings strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (like SAP) and tracking portals to maintain seamless end-to-end delivery visibility.

• Coordinate daily domestic shipping activities, including ground transportation routing, carrier communication, and basic cost-versus-service evaluations.

• Schedule and support inbound and outbound shipments from order release through final delivery, ensuring timely dispatch and full status visibility.

• Partner directly with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and logistics service providers to organize pickups and confirm delivery details.

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, commercial invoices, and export/import paperwork.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), company guidelines, and documentation standards to maintain compliant, audit-ready operations.

• Monitor active shipment statuses, track estimated delivery dates (ETAs), and proactively identify potential transit delays.

• Document and escalate shipping exceptions-such as delay notifications, paperwork discrepancies, carrier issues, or damaged goods-to drive quick resolution.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal cross-functional teams, customers, carriers, and external partners regarding order updates and open issues.

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams to fulfill shipment and customer service requirements.

• Utilize SAP, Microsoft Excel, carrier portals, and tracking software to maintain records, generate reports, and log accurate shipment data.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, domestic shipping, warehouse operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain support.

• Documentation Skills: Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.).

• Transportation Knowledge: Practical understanding of domestic freight, carrier coordination, shipment routing, and delivery follow-up.

• Software & Tools: Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email platforms, and online tracking tools.

• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

• Hands-on experience using SAP or similar ERP platforms.

• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international freight handling.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in documentation review and record-keeping to minimize shipping errors and delays.

• Problem-Solving & Escalation: Ability to identify logistics bottlenecks quickly and work proactively toward solutions.

• Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication across teams, vendors, and clients.

• Reliability: Dependable execution of daily tasks to ensure high-quality customer service and order delivery.
