Description Location UCHealth UCHlth Highlands Ranch Hosp, US:CO:Highlands Ranch Department Desktop Support Work Schedule Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift Days Pay $28.26 - $42.39 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Notes This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Travel Regional travel is required. Summary Provides tier 1 and tier 2 operational support for desktop computing devices through deployment, repair, replacement, consultation and monitoring. Responsibilities Responds to support requests in tracking system. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response. Diagnoses, resolves and closes desktop computing issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary. Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality. Provides end-user desktop computing training. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements High School diploma or GED. Required Licensure/Certification: None Required 3 years of relevant experience.
