I2X Technologies is seeking a User SupportTechnician to support ongoing activities in Littleton, CO . This position will be fully onsite and reports to the Director of Technology .

• Image, configure, and deploy laptops for new and existing users
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer and hardware-related issues
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions
• Respond to and resolve user support tickets in a timely manner
• Provide basic technical support for software and hardware issues
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in relevant field of study
• 1-3 Years of Experience
• Will consider 3-6 Years of Experience in lieu of degree
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and document work performed
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience and Skills

• Computer imaging and deployment (Windows)
• Basic hardware troubleshooting (laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals)
• User account creation and management (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
• Ticketing systems and issue tracking (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, Wi-Fi, printer connectivity)
• Customer service and communication skills
• Time management and task prioritization
• Documentation and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Team collaboration and problem-solving

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
