Charge Nurse (2nd shift)

Job Description Pennybyrn has opportunities for Charge Nurses (RN or LPN) on 2nd shift to work within Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living. Positions available are PRN, part‑time, and full‑time. Responsibilities This position’s schedule is 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm, Monday‑Friday. The Charge Nurse performs duties within the scope of practice as defined by the NC Nursing Practice Act. Duties include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting on patient plans of care within skilled nursing or short‑term stay households, as well as promoting and modeling person‑directed care within the mission and values of the organization. Pay Rates LPNs: $26 – $30 per hour RNs: $30 – $35 per hour Shift Differentials $2.00 for weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts $1.50 for weekend 1st shift $3.50 for weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts Why Work With Us For almost 80 years, Pennybyrn has been a leader in providing compassionate service and care to older adults.
