Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician has the responsibility to provide efficient, safe & effective maintenance duties, maintaining a friendly customer service oriented approach when interacting with customers, vendors & co-workers, while adhering to all policies & procedures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.

• Helps maintain proper location appearance and image while on duty.
• Responsible for ALL general maintenance/repair needs as assigned.
• Responsible for assisting Senior Maintenance Technicians and staff as assigned.
• Provides customer service as required by the Spinx Company, during any customer interactions.
• Follows all safety guidelines for all equipment and usage thereof.
• Responsible for adherence to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Close daily tickets as assigned.
• Meet Company expectations and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: Must have High School diploma or GED.

Language Skills: Effectively present information to customers, associates and management. Must possess the ability to comprehend & carry out oral & written instructions. Able to speak, read & write the English language.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with & apply mathematical concepts as needed to complete job duties.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid in-state Driver's License with required auto insurance and acceptable MVR (motor vehicle report).
