Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Ashley Furniture Industries, the world's largest furniture manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership and employees across multiple locations within an assigned region.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who wants to move beyond administrative HR and become a trusted strategic advisor to operations leaders, driving business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across a dynamic, multi-location operation.

Partner with operations leaders to drive business performance and build winning teams.

As a Regional HRBP, you'll work closely with regional and site leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, develop and execute workforce plans, enhance organizational capability, and ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices across all locations.

You'll be a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to operations leaders, leveraging HR metrics and business insights to identify trends, assess organizational needs, and implement solutions that support operational excellence. This role requires extensive collaboration across locations and frequent travel throughout your assigned region.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-location or regional HRBP experience. Proven ability to partner strategically with operations leaders and influence at all levels. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Experience with employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning. Ability to analyze HR metrics and business data to inform decisions and drive action. Strong business acumen and ability to understand operational priorities and challenges. Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50–75%) throughout assigned region. Proficiency with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, ADP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or multi-site operations environments. Experience supporting high-volume, hourly workforces. Experience with organizational design, restructuring, or change management. Experience with M&A integration or site openings/closures. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred in some regions.

Schedule & Travel

Schedule: Full-time, exempt; flexible hours to support regional business needs. Travel: Frequent regional travel required (50–75%) to support multiple locations, meet with leaders, and engage with employees.
