Hybrid Position
9am-6pm
Purpose of the Position:
Resolves customer issues and proactively monitors operating units to help prevent claims and save costs.
Primary Job Duties:
Meets the needs of current customers and resolves any issues they have. Looks for opportunities to increase service and decrease claims. Answers the phones to receive calls from customers or operating units. Manages the National Customer Service Portal. Monitors service levels and trends for customers. Assists with possible claims by talking with operating units. Completes various reports related to assigned duties, including but not limited to OS&Ds, RDLs, Claims, and Driver Manifests.
Secondary Job Duties:
Assists other regions in taking calls or with their portal when necessary.
Impact on Other Positions, Products, & Services:
Minimizes claims with the potential to increase sales in new areas of business with the customer.
