Work Environment This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients across Dupont, Washington, and beyond. You will engage in meaningful therapy sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring that accessibility and convenience are prioritized in the therapeutic process. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, forming the basis for personalized treatment plans. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated and holistic care for clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client progress, treatment interventions, and therapy outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Periodically review and update treatment plans based on client progress and emerging evidence, ensuring therapeutic goals remain relevant and attainable. Participate in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling. Patient Population / Client Focus As a member of our therapeutic team, you will serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Your work will contribute to reducing stigma around mental health issues and promoting emotional wellness within your community. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related fields. Active and unrestricted state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential. Proven ability to effectively work with clients from varied backgrounds and with different mental health concerns. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues. Ability to work independently while also thriving within a team-oriented setting, contributing to a supportive professional atmosphere. Preferred Experience Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable. Experience with crisis intervention and stabilization techniques is a plus. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches tailored to different client needs. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
