Job Overview

As an independent contractor with Inspiring Hope LLC, we recognize that your primary focus should be providing excellent care to your clients—not managing the administrative side of running a practice.

Administrative responsibilities such as billing and credentialing are incorporated into the contractor agreement, helping reduce the administrative workload associated with maintaining a counseling practice. This allows you to spend more of your time doing what you do best: building therapeutic relationships, supporting your clients, and providing quality mental health services.

Responsibilities

As a contracted clinician with Inspiring Hope LLC, your primary responsibility will be providing high-quality, ethical, and client-centered mental health services. Responsibilities include:

• Provide individual therapy to a diverse population with varying backgrounds, presenting concerns, and levels of clinical acuity.
• Conduct clinical assessments and identify client strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in accordance with client needs and applicable requirements.
• Provide evidence-based and clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Establish and maintain professional, therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Monitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment goals and interventions.
• Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required clinical records in a timely manner.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards consistent with professional licensure and applicable laws.
• Provide services through in person and/or telehealth settings.
• Communicate and collaborate with other providers, referral sources, and client support systems when appropriate and with appropriate authorization.
• Maintain current professional licensure and fulfill all continuing education and professional development requirements.
• Manage your availability and caseload in collaboration with the needs of the practice and your individual schedule.
• Communicate professionally and promptly regarding client care, scheduling, and practice-related matters.

Pay: Up to $115.00 per hour
