Key Responsibilities Provide individualized therapy sessions, adapting treatment strategies based on comprehensive evaluations of each client’s unique circumstances. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required. Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state. A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is required. Preferred Experience Advanced specialization or training in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma‑informed care is highly preferred. Experience using telehealth practices, particularly in delivering remote therapy sessions, is valued.
