Key Responsibilities Client Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess their mental health status and identify treatment needs. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Therapeutic Interventions: Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing clients with coping strategies and tools to overcome their challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions and treatment progress in our electronic health record system. Patient Population / Client Focus Our center caters to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, requiring a high level of cultural competence and a commitment to providing inclusive care. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to suit individual needs will be vital in fostering meaningful patient relationships and improvements in mental health outcomes. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona. A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling. Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and mental health disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for building rapport with a wide range of clients. Preferred Experience Proven success in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. Experience with crisis intervention and management, demonstrating calmness in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with evidence-based methodologies and culturally responsive therapeutic practices. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
