Key Responsibilities\n \n Perform in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and formulate tailored treatment plans. \n Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n Work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals and regularly review progress towards these objectives. \n Utilize teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those unable to attend in-person appointments. \n Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards. \n Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. As you build therapeutic relationships, you will guide clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, encouraging personal growth and resilience.
