Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients in a flexible and convenient environment. Although you will conduct sessions from home, our outpatient office model emphasizes connection and collaboration among team members. Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical services to clients through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort. Develop and implement personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans based on continuous assessment of clients' mental health and social needs. Assist clients in setting and achieving their personal goals, utilizing evidence-based practices for interventions. Facilitate skill-building exercises to enhance coping, problem-solving, and effective communication strategies. Educate clients on available community resources and advocate for their access to these vital services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses physical, emotional, and social aspects of mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will connect with a unique and diverse client population that includes adults facing various mental health challenges. Your work will focus on empowering individuals who struggle with mental illnesses that hinder their ability to thrive in community settings. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you will help clients develop the resilience and skills needed to lead fulfilling lives while actively engaging in their recovery processes. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. A current, valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Ability to practice independently without supervision and zero disciplinary actions against your license. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond sensitively to clients’ needs and challenges. Proficiency in computer systems, with access to reliable internet connection for conducting sessions. Preferred Experience Demonstrated experience in delivering direct clinical services to adult populations in various settings. Familiarity with treatment modalities that are effective in symptom management and recovery. Experience in implementing individual service plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Expertise in case management and connecting clients with community resources. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
