Work Environment

This full-time remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you, providing a perfect balance between personal life and professional commitments. We will equip you with the necessary tools, including an all-in-one counselor dashboard, to carry out your responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Individual Counseling: Provide therapeutic support to clients via video chat, tailoring your approach to meet their unique mental health needs.
• Facilitate Insightful Discussions: Encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Assess clients' mental health conditions and design individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methods that reflect your clinical expertise.
• Goal Setting and Advocacy: Act as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in defining and pursuing their personal mental health goals.
• Ongoing Support: Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a carefully screened clientele consisting of stable adults with low acuity needs. Our clients are matched to your specific specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the most relevant therapeutic support. You will not deal with severe mental health cases, allowing for a more focused and manageable caseload.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Must hold an active, fully recognized license in the state of practice as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Interpersonal Skills: A strong ability to connect with clients through empathy and understanding is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort with technology is necessary; proficiency in online counseling platforms will be a part of the onboarding process.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.
• Experience with virtual counseling tools or familiarity with digital therapy platforms.
• Demonstrated success in working with adult clients in a variety of circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked. In addition to standard compensation, our benefits include:
