Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating kitchen and service activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise brunch service operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
• Oversee front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address any issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as necessary.
