Project Manager - General Richmond, VA Contract Hybrid. Must be local to Richmond, McLean, or Riverwoods offices in Richmond, VA. As a Campaign Delivery Project Manager, you will collaborate with leaders to plan and deliver communications across multiple integration stages and channels with attention to scope, schedules, prioritization, and risk management. Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. W2. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. Responsibilities Manage scope, schedules, prioritization, and capacity across end‑to‑end workflows for communication intents and supporting delivery teams. Lead and orchestrate communication delivery to ensure accurate execution across channels including digital, direct mail, and statements. Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations that support on‑time delivery. Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment, adapting to changing requirements. Ensure appropriate project documentation to mitigate risk and meet timelines. Experience Requirements Project management experience delivering multi‑channel communications in dynamic environments. Proficiency in managing scope, schedules, and capacity across cross‑functional teams. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic and tactical outcomes. Demonstrated ability to document projects to manage risk and deliver on time. Background in campaign or communications delivery preferred.
