Front Desk Part Time

Job Overview As a Front Desk Associate, you will work independently without direct supervision. You will possess strong communication, telephone and customer service skills, be detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Your responsibilities include greeting residents, checking guests and service providers in and out, monitoring emergency response and access control procedures, operating electronic security control systems, and maintaining accurate daily logs, records and forms. Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills. Monitor the Emergency Response System. Greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees. Monitor and control electronic security systems. Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently. Control access to the building. Maintain daily logs, records, and forms. Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues. Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property. Perform other duties assigned by the on‑site property manager. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency preferred; college courses in business or hospitality a plus. Two to three years of business experience preferred. Computer literacy; command of information system hardware/software preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages desirable. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods. Handle, grasp and lift objects and packages. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate, receive, and exchange information verbally and in writing. Navigate the property/building quickly when required. Complete all required forms. Work extended hours and weekends as needed. Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
