$35,000 - $45,000 Base + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Craft compelling job postings that reflect our firm's values and attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
• Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and extending offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process and ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus , but not required
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Professional discretion when handling confidential candidate information
