This individual will play a critical role in maintaining a positive technology experience by resolving help desk requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-user hardware and software. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional looking to expand their technical skills within a healthcare environment while working alongside experienced technology teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support requests Respond to and resolve support inquiries submitted via phone, email, and ticketing systems Log, track, and update help desk tickets Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and device-related issues Provide support remotely and onsite as needed Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and equipment replacements Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when appropriate Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders Required Qualifications 1-2 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Familiarity with user-facing hardware, software, and peripheral devices Ability to lift, move, and install technology equipment when necessary Education & Certifications Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred CompTIA A+ Certification required within 12 months of hire Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) are a plus Preferred Experience Help Desk Support Desktop Support Windows Operating Systems Active Directory Microsoft 365 Hardware Deployment & Maintenance Printer Support Remote Support Tools IT Ticketing Systems Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Prescription Coverage Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Retirement Savings Program Tuition and Educational Reimbursement Employee Assistance Programs Career Development Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
