IT Support Technician

Job Description Our client is looking for a Deskside Support Tech to help with the hands-on troubleshooting tickets for their internal downtown team. This person will be working on tickets including password resets, asset requests, or network connectivity. This person will be a joining a 4 person team and working in an environment with a lot of room to grow.
