Selectively hiring for PRN Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) . We are an elite home health therapy team. We are not looking for just employees, we are looking for autonomous individuals to contract with to provide compassionate therapy services. You are your own boss. You decide your schedule, caseload, and take control of your career. The B Good Group is a company that offers competitive rates and an easy working environment. We are a word-of-mouth company that is growing and we need quality people. Home Health experience preferred but not limited to for the right individual. Essential Functions & Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT):
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patient care needs, including: functional status and mobility, endurance and stamina, pain levels and other medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Provide skilled interventions to improve patient well-being and functional outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
- Deliver thorough education and training to patients and caregivers
- Participate in staff and administrative meetings
- Active license from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy
- Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass AHCA Clearinghouse background screening (
- Current in-person CPR certification
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting patients/equipment
- Strong customer service, communication skills and effective listening
- Efficient and timely documentation
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Pay is commensurate with Physical Therapist (PT) experience, Home Health background, and documentation proficiency
- Pay is based on per visit type
