Job Title: Real Estate Attorney Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid) Experience: 3+ Years About The Client: A growing California litigation firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its Oakland office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of experience who is interested in expanding or transitioning their practice into real estate litigation. Whether your background is in commercial litigation, business litigation, insurance defense, construction litigation, or even real estate transactional work , this could be a great opportunity to leverage your existing skills while building or expanding a practice in real estate litigation. Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload involving real estate and civil litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda. Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and attend court hearings. Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar membership in good standing. 2+ years of litigation experience in any practice area. Experience with motion practice, discovery, and court appearances preferred. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $300,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
