• $110,000+ base salary , depending on experience

The Role

As a Senior Audit Associate, you'll take on meaningful responsibility across audit engagements while working closely with Managers, Partners, and clients.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through completion
• Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements
• Identify accounting and audit issues and communicate recommendations
• Work directly with clients and build strong professional relationships
• Assist with training and mentoring staff-level team members
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners on complex engagement matters
• Continue developing the technical and leadership skills needed for advancement

What They're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who has built a strong foundation in public accounting and is ready for the next step in their career .

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in public accounting and audit
• Currently operating at the Senior Associate/Senior Auditor level
• Strong technically with solid knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Comfortable communicating with clients and working independently
• Organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Growth-minded and interested in long-term advancement
• Someone who wants to contribute to a growing firm and eventually take on greater leadership responsibility
